We guarantee all NON-JEWELRY items purchased from Kai's Jewels to be free of defect for a period of six (6) months. Should something happen to a non-jewelry item pruchased through Kai's Jewels, please return it to us and we will replace it for free within 6 months from date of purchase. For our handmade necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rosaries, etc., if you follow general care for your jewelry item purchased from Kai's Jewels, it should look great for as long as you own it. If something should happen to your jewelry such as a string breaking, please send it to us with all the pieces if possible, and we will restring and fix it FREE OF CHARGE for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase. If pieces are missing and/or your jewelry piece was listed as a 'One Of A Kind',we'll do our best to match them or replace them for a minimal charge. |
