I am a registered nurse living and working on Long Island New York. I began making jewelry about 5 years ago when I was asked to make some breast cancer awareness things and after making them I got requests to make more - hence, my story begins.
I have always loved crafts and now do all sorts of things! I am married and have 3 children- 2 stepkids and my son. They keep me focused and sometimes think I have lost my mind with all the things I make! This site is named after my wonderful Abyssian cat named Kai- his picture is on the home page- but he is only one of 8 cats that I have! The others may feel slighted by not having their names on this site but are a very understanding lot!
